Dashboard Overview

The Admin Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your platform's performance.

Key Metrics:

  • Total Courses: Number of published courses
  • Total Enrollments: Active student enrollments
  • Revenue: Total platform revenue
  • Pending Actions: Items requiring attention

    • Quick Actions:

  • Manage Courses: Review and approve course submissions
  • Trainer Applications: Review new instructor applications
  • Support Tickets: Handle student inquiries
    • Course Management

    Reviewing Courses:

  • Navigate to Admin > Manage Courses
  • Filter by status (Draft, Pending Review, Published)
  • Click on a course to review content
  • Approve or reject with feedback

    • Course Approval Criteria:

  • Complete curriculum with quality content
  • Proper video/text formatting
  • Clear learning objectives
  • Appropriate pricing
    • Trainer Management

    Approving Trainers:

  • Go to Admin > Trainer Applications
  • Review application details and credentials
  • Check sample content if provided
  • Approve or reject with notes

    • Managing Active Trainers:

  • View trainer profiles and performance
  • Adjust commission rates
  • Handle payout schedules
    • Financial Management

    Revenue Dashboard:

  • View total revenue and trends
  • Track platform commission
  • Monitor instructor payouts

    • Payouts:

  • Navigate to Admin > Payouts
  • Review pending payouts
  • Process payments manually or automatically
  • Generate invoices

    • Invoices:

  • Auto-generated for purchases
  • Corporate invoices with tax details
  • Export capabilities
    • Analytics & Insights

    AI-Powered Analytics:

  • Conversion funnel analysis
